Our Repair Process

Here at Kauai Foreign Cars we handle your vehicle with the utmost care as if it were our own. This step by step process is designed to help you set your worries at ease as it explains the repair process of your vehicle.

1. Let your insurance company know you would like your vehicle repaired at Kauai Foreign Cars
2. Bring your vehicle in and we will take photos of the damage on your vehicle and write an estimate for you
3. Sign our authorization to repair form and we will order your parts, if needed. Parts take about 5-7 working days to come in. If no parts are needed for repairs, we will schedule you as soon as possible.
4. Once we receive your parts we will call you and schedule your vehicle for repairs. If you are eligible for a rental car, please notify your agent when you will be dropping off your vehicle and they will set up the rental car for you.
5. Let us know how often and how you would like to be updated. We will try to keep you informed as much as you would like to be informed about your vehicle throughout the repairing process.
6. Once your vehicle is done we will give you a call and let you know that your vehicle is ready for pick up.
7. If you have a deductible, you will pay it when you pick up your newly repaired to factory specs vehicle.
